Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Saheeli does not have summoning sickness.
  2. ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)   available, plus an additional ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)   if you control less than three creatures that share a creature type with Deceiver Exarch.

Steps

  1. Activate Saheeli by paying ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)   and tapping it, creating a token copy of Deceiver Exarch with haste.
  2. When the token Deceiver Exarch enters the battlefield, it and Mana Echoes trigger.
  3. Resolve the Deceiver Exarch trigger, untapping Saheeli.
  4. Holding priority, if you control less than four creatures that share a creature type with Deceiver Exarch, repeat steps 1 through 3 one additional time.
  5. Resolve all Mana Echoes triggers, adding ({C} magic symbol)   for each creature you control that shares a creature type with Deceiver Exarch for each trigger resolved this way.
  6. Activate Gemstone Array twice by paying ({4} magic symbol)  , putting two charge counters on it.
  7. Activate Gemstone Array's second ability twice by removing two charge counters from it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  8. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite ETB.
  2. Infinite colored mana.
  3. Infinite colorless mana.
  4. Infinite creature tokens with haste.
  5. Infinite charge counters on a permanent.
