Steps

  2. Activate Zedruu the Greathearted by paying one blue manaone red manaone white mana, giving control of Altanak to an opponent.
  3. Activate Altanak an arbitrarily large number of times by paying zero mana, targeting itself.
  4. Altanak triggers that many times, causing an opponent to draw that many cards and lose the game due to drawing from an empty library.

Notes
