Initial Card State

Easy Prerequisites

  1. Your life total is 2 or greater.

Steps

  1. Activate Champion of the Weird by paying 1 life and putting two -1/-1 counters on Howlgeist.
  2. Howlgeist dies due to having 0 toughness, triggering its undying ability and Vein Ripper.
  3. Resolve the Vein Ripper trigger, causing you to gain 2 life and causing an opponent to lose 2 life.
  4. Resolve the Howlgeist trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Resolve the Champion of the Weird ability from step 1, causing an opponent to blight 2.
  6. Activate Champion of the Weird by paying 1 life and putting two -1/-1 counters on Howlgeist, causing an opponent to blight 2.
  7. Repeat.

  1. Infinite -1/-1 counters.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite LTB.
  4. Infinite death triggers.
