Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Nearheath Stalker without a +1/+1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Nearheath Stalker.
  2. When Nearheath Stalker dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
  4. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Nearheath Stalker.
  5. When Nearheath Stalker dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  6. Nearheath Stalker enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. Its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  7. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability from step 4.
  8. Repeat from step 4.

Notes

  1. If Nearheath Stalker starts with a +1/+1 counter on it, then you may start the combo from step 4 instead.

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite LTB.
  4. Infinite death triggers.
