Steps

  1. Activate
    Jaxis, the Troublemaker
    Jaxis     by paying ({R} magic symbol)  , tapping it and discarding a card, creating a token copy of any nonlegendary creature you control with haste.
  2. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing the copy, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  3. The creature dies, triggering itself and
    Jaxis, the Troublemaker
    Jaxis    .
  4. Resolve the creature's trigger, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Resolve the
    Jaxis, the Troublemaker
    Jaxis     trigger, untapping it.
  6. Repeat.
