Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (
    Shaile, Dean of RadianceEmbrose, Dean of Shadow
    Shaile     on the battlefield as Embrose, Dean of Shadow).
  2. Thornbite Staff
    Thornbite Staff     attached to Embrose.
  3. Embrose does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

  1. Activate Embrose by tapping it, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature an opponent controls, then dealing 2 damage to that creature.
  2. The creature dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering Embrose, untapping Embrose.
  3. Repeat.
  4. You may also repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
  5. You may also repeat this loop targeting creatures you control to get extra card draw, if desired.

Results

  1. Destroy all creatures opponents control.
  2. Destroy all creatures that enter the battlefield under an opponent's control.
