Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. You control at least four lands, three of which are mana-producing.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Squandered Resources
    Squandered Resources     by sacrificing a mana-producing land, adding one mana of any type that land can produce.
  2. Repeat step 1 at least two more times, and more times if desired, ensuring to leave at least one land on the battlefield.
  3. Activate
    Emiel the Blessed
    Emiel the Blessed     by paying ({3} magic symbol)  , blinking
    Lumra, Bellow of the Woods
    Lumra    .
  4. When
    Lumra, Bellow of the Woods
    Lumra     enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to mill four cards and then return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite blinking.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite landfall triggers.
  4. Infinite LTB.
  5. Infinite mana lands you control can produce.
  6. Infinite self-mill.
  7. Put all land cards from your library and graveyard onto the battlefield tapped.
