  3. Resolve the copy of the Deranged Hermit spell.
  4. When the token Deranged Hermit enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating four 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
  5. Resolve the original Deranged Hermit spell.
  6. When the nontoken Deranged Hermit enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating four 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
  7. Activate Phyrexian Altar seven times by sacrificing the Deranged Hermit token and six Squirrels, adding four generic manaone green manaone green manaone green mana.
  8. Activate Temur Sabertooth by paying one generic manaone green mana, returning Deranged Hermit to your hand from the battlefield.
  9. Repeat.
