Steps
- Activate Orthion's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol) ({R} magic symbol) and tapping it, creating a token copy of Sprouting Thrinax with haste.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Sprouting Thrinax token, adding ({R} magic symbol) .
- When the Sprouting Thrinax token dies, it and Orthion trigger.
- Resolve the Orthion trigger, untapping it.
- Resolve the Sprouting Thrinax trigger, creating three 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Saproling, adding ({1} magic symbol) .
- Repeat.
- Once you have infinite Saprolings, you may forego sacrificing the Sprouting Thrinax tokens.
