Steps

  1. Activate an Island by tapping it, adding one blue mana.
  2. Rikala triggers, adding one blue mana.
  3. Activate Kelpie Guide by tapping it, untapping the Island.
  4. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying one blue mana, untapping Kelpie Guide.
  5. Repeat from step 1.
  6. Activate any mana-producing permanent you control by tapping it, adding at least one generic manaone blue mana.
  7. Activate Kelpie Guide's first ability by tapping it, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
  8. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying one blue mana, untapping Kelpie Guide.
  9. Repeat.
