Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Vorapede does not have a +1/+1 counter on it.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vorapede, adding one black mana.
  2. Vorapede dies, triggering itself and Pitiless Plunderer.
  3. Resolve the Vorapede trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
  5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one generic mana.
  6. Activate Hex Parasite by paying one generic manaone black mana and removing the +1/+1 counter from Vorapede, giving Hex Parasite +1/+0 until end of turn.
  7. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite death triggers.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
  3. Infinite creature LTB.
  4. Infinitely powerful creature until end of turn.
  5. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
