Steps

  1. Play the land that taps for multiple mana.
  2. That land enters as a creature due to Nature's Revolt, triggering Vigean Graftmage's Graft ability, allowing you to move a +1/+1 counter from Vigean Graftmage to that land.
  3. Cast Wolfwillow Haven by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  , attaching it to the land creature.
  4. Activate that land by tapping it, adding at least two mana.
  5. Wolfwillow Haven triggers, adding at least one additional mana.
  6. Activate Vigean Graftmage by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping the land creature.
  7. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Note that either the land or the additional mana source must add blue mana.
  2. If the land adds at least ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , the additional mana source is not necessary.
  3. You may wait a turn after playing the land instead of using the Haste Enabler.
