Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Pemmin's Aura attached to Kilo and Crystalline Crawler with a +1/+1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Tap Kilo using any free method.
  2. Kilo triggers, causing you to proliferate and putting a +1/+1 counter on Crystalline Crawler.
  3. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping Kilo.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite proliferate.
