Steps

  1. Cast Oathsworn Vampire from your graveyard by paying its mana cost.
  2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Oathsworn Vampire.
  3. When Oathsworn Vampire is sacrificed, Szarel triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters equal to Szarel's power on Crystalline Crawler.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. This combo can put infinite +1/+1 counters on each creature you control except Szarel so long as its power is greater than the mana value of the card in your graveyard.
