Cast the nonartifact creature in your hand by paying its mana cost.
Dancing from Dark to Dawn's first ability triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters on
Crystalline Crawler.
Resolve the creature spell. When it enters,
Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning the other creature from the battlefield to your hand.
Activate
Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one mana of any color.
Repeat step 4 until you run out of +1/+1 counters, or you have enough mana to cast the creature that was returned to your hand.
Repeat from step 1.

If the creature that starts on the battlefield has a higher mana value than the creature in your hand, you'll need to provide extra mana to cover the difference to start. So if the creature in your hand has a mana value of 3 and the creature on the battlefield has a mana value of 5, you need ({2} magic symbol) extra to start.
