Steps

  1. Cast the creature that's castable for one green mana in your hand by paying its mana cost.
  2. Necklace of Girion triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Crystalline Crawler.
  3. Resolve the creature spell. When the creature enters, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning the other creature that's castable for one green mana from the battlefield to your hand.
  4. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one green mana.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. The chosen creatures that are castable for one green mana cannot be artifacts, otherwise they will not trigger Cloudstone Curio. They also must be green in color (which may be relevant in cases of devoid creatures).
