Steps

  1. Activate Adarkar Valkyrie by tapping it, making it so the next time Village Bell-Ringer dies this turn it will be returned to the battlefield.
  2. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Village Bell-Ringer.
  3. Adarkar Valkyrie triggers, returning Village Bell-Ringer to the battlefield.
  4. Village Bell-Ringer enters the battlefield, untapping all creatures you control.
  5. Resolve the Viscera Seer's ability, scrying one.
  6. Repeat.
