Steps

  1. At the beginning of your combat phase,

    Rionya     triggers, creating at least one token copy of
    Azor, the Lawbringer
    Azor     with haste.
  2. Put all but the nontoken
    Azor, the Lawbringer
    Azor     into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
  3. The
    Azor, the Lawbringer
    Azor     token(s) enters-the-battlefield ability trigger, preventing opponents from casting instants or sorceries during their next turn.
  4. Repeat each turn.

Results

  1. Opponents cannot cast instant spells during their turns.
  2. Opponents cannot cast sorcery spells.
