Prerequisites

  1.  Creature with MV<=2 that is colorless and enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.
  3. You have enough mana to cast the creature with MV<=2 if it doesn't have ({X} magic symbol)   in its mana cost, or enough to cast it with X=1 otherwise.

Steps

  1. Cast the creature with MV<=2 by paying its mana cost if it doesn't have ({X} magic symbol)   in its mana cost, or by paying enough mana where X=1 otherwise, causing the creature to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  2. Activate
    Ashnod's Altar
    Ashnod's Altar     by sacrificing the creature, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  3. When the creature dies,
    Reyhan, Last of the Abzan
    Reyhan     triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on

  4. Evolution Witness
