Initial Card State

  1.  Infested Thrinax in hand.
  2.  Nim Deathmantle and Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Cast Infested Thrinax by paying three generic manaone black manaone green mana.
  2. When Infested Thrinax enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to create a number of 1/1 Saproling creature tokens when a nontoken creature you control dies.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Infested Thrinax, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  4. When Infested Thrinax dies, it triggers for each time it entered the battlefield this turn, and Nim Deathmantle triggers.
  5. Resolve all Infested Thrinax triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Saproling creature tokens equal to its power for each trigger.
  6. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Saproling, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  7. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, causing you to pay four generic mana to return Infested Thrinax from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  8. Repeat from step 2.
