Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Naomi, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. When Naomi dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay four generic mana to return Naomi from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Naomi enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 2/2 Spirit creature token.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Spirit, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite death triggers.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
