Steps

  1. Give Broodhatch Nantuko indestructible, if needed.
  2. Cause a creature to enter the battlefield under your control.
  3. Halana triggers, causing you to pay ({2} magic symbol)   to have that creature deal damage equal to its power to Broodhatch Nantuko.
  4. Broodhatch Nantuko triggers, causing you to create a number of 1/1 Insect creature tokens equal to the damage dealt.
  5. When the Insect(s) enters the battlefield, Halana triggers that many times.
  6. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing an Insect, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
