Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Nadier, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. Choose to return Nadier to the command zone from your graveyard.
  3. Nadier dies, triggering its second ability and Pitiless Plunderer.
  4. Resolve the Nadier trigger, creating a number of 1/1 Elf Warrior creature tokens equal to its power.
  5. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
  6. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  7. Cast Nadier from the command zone by paying ({5} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)   and command tax, if applicable.
  8. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing an Elf Warrior, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  9. The Elf Warrior dies, triggering Pitiless Plunderer and Nadier's first ability.
  10. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
  11. Resolve the Nadier trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  12. Repeat from step 8 for each remaining Elf Warrior.
  13. Repeat from step 1.

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on Nadier.
