Initial Card State

Notable Prerequisites

  1. An opponent has a creature card in their graveyard.
  2. Puppeteer Clique does not have a -1/-1 counter on it.

Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Puppeteer Clique, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. Puppeteer Clique dies, triggering its persist ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. Puppeteer Clique enters the battllefield, putting a creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
  4. Activate Ghave's second ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and sacrificing the creature your opponent owns, putting a +1/+1 counter on Puppeteer Clique.
  5. Repeat.
