Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Twisted Sewer-Witch, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. When Twisted Sewer-Witch dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay four generic mana to return Twisted Sewer-Witch from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Twisted Sewer-Witch enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token, and then creating a Wicked Role Aura token attached to each Rat you control.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Rat, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. The Wicked Role token triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
  6. Repeat.
