Steps

  1. Activate

  2. When

    Twisted Sewer-Witch     dies,
    Nim Deathmantle
    Nim Deathmantle     triggers, causing you to pay ({4} magic symbol)   to return

    Twisted Sewer-Witch     from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach
