Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Avenger of Zendikar, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. When Avenger of Zendikar dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay four generic mana to return Avenger of Zendikar from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Avenger of Zendikar enters, it triggers, creating at least one creature token.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature token, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. Repeat.
