Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Avenger of Zendikar, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Avenger of Zendikar dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay ({4} magic symbol)   to return Avenger of Zendikar from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Avenger of Zendikar enters, it triggers, creating at least one creature token.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature token, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat.
