Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control at least five creatures, excluding Combat Celebrant, that have total power 1 or greater.
  2. An opponent cannot block and kill Combat Celebrant or Luxurious Locomotive.
  3. There are at least four card types among cards in your graveyard.

Steps

  1. Activate Luxurious Locomotive's crew ability by tapping five creatures you control with total power 1 or greater, causing Luxurious Locomotive to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
  2. Declare Luxurious Locomotive and Combat Celebrant as attackers, choosing to exert Combat Celebrant as it attacks, triggering their abilities.
  3. Resolve the Luxurious Locomotive trigger, creating at least five Treasure tokens.
  4. Resolve the Combat Celebrant trigger, untapping all other creatures you control and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  5. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Combat Celebrant, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  6. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  7. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)   and sacrificing four Treasures, returning Combat Celebrant from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  8. Repeat from step 2 each combat phase.
