Steps

  1. Activate Dream Coat by paying zero mana, making the enchanted creature all colors.
  2. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding one white manaone blue manaone black manaone red manaone green mana.
  3. Activate Seedcradle Witch by paying two generic manaone white manaone green mana, giving Bloom Tender +3/+3 until end of turn and untapping it.
  4. Repeat from step 2.

Results

  1. Infinite black mana.
  2. Infinite blue mana.
  3. Infinitely large creature until end of turn.
