Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Moonlit Lamenter, adding ({W} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Moonlit Lamenter dies, Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning Moonlit Lamenter from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter and a flying counter on it.
  3. Activate Moonlit Lamenter by paying ({W} magic symbol)   and removing the flying counter from it, causing you to draw a card.
  4. Repeat.
