Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. You control at least one additional creature with at least one +1/+1 counter.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing a creature with at least one +1/+1 counter, adding one mana of any color.
  2. Basri's Lieutenant
    Basri's Lieutenant     trigger, creating a 2/2 Knight token.
  3. When Knight token enters the battlefield,
    Grumgully, the Generous
    Grumgully     triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Knight token.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite colored mana.
  2. Infinite death triggers.
  3. Infinite ETB.
  4. Infinite LTB.
  5. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
