Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  2. When the creature dies, Blade of the Bloodchief triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Triskelavus.
  3. Activate Triskelavus by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Triskelavite artifact creature token.
  4. Repeat.
