Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. Blade of the Bloodchief
    Blade of the Bloodchief     attached to any creature you control.
  3. You control at least one additional creature.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing any other creature you control, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  2. Blade of the Bloodchief
    Blade of the Bloodchief     triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the creature it is attached to.
  3. Animation Module
    Animation Module     triggers, causing you to pay ({1} magic symbol)   to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on the creature with
    Blade of the Bloodchief
    Blade of the Bloodchief     attached.
  2. Infinite death triggers.
