Easy Prerequisites

  1. You have the initiative.
  2. You control three additional Islands.

Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome by tapping them, adding one colorless manaone colorless manaone blue mana.
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying two generic manaone blue mana, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome.
  3. When Sarevok's Tome enters, it triggers, causing you to take the initiative.
  4. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  5. Repeat.
