Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome by tapping them, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome.
  3. When Sarevok's Tome enters, it triggers, causing you to take the initiative.
  4. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  5. Repeat.
