Steps

- Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying ({2} magic symbol) ({U} magic symbol) , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome.
- When Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome enters untapped, they trigger.
- Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
- Resolve the Sarevok's Tome trigger, causing you to take the initiative.
- Repeat.
