Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus by tapping them, adding three generic manaone blue mana.
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying two generic manaone blue mana, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus.
  3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  4. Repeat.
