Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Coveted Jewel by tapping them, adding ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Coveted Jewel.
  3. When Mystic Sanctuary and Coveted Jewel enter untapped, they trigger.
  4. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  5. Resolve the Coveted Jewel trigger, causing you to draw three cards, which will cause you to draw Ghostly Flicker.
  6. Repeat.
