Initial Card State

  1.  Ghostly Flicker in hand.
  2.  Council of the Absolute and Shipwreck Dowser on the battlefield (Council of the Absolute with "Ghostly Flicker" chosen).

Easy Prerequisites

  1. You control an artifact, creature or land that can enter and tap to produce at least ({U} magic symbol)  .

Steps

  1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking the mana-producing permanent and Shipwreck Dowser.
  3. When Shipwreck Dowser enters, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You must blink a land as your mana-producing permanent to get infinite landfall triggers.
