Steps

  1. Activate Mana Geode by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , targeting Mana Geode and Shipwreck Dowser, blinking them.
  3. When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand.
  4. When Mana Geode enters the battlefield, scry 1.
  5. Repeat.
