  2. You control a permanent that enters the battlefield untapped and can tap to produce at least ({U} magic symbol)  .

Steps

  1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking Archaeomancer and the mana-producing permanent.
  3. When Archaeomancer enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker to your hand from your graveyard.
  4. Repeat.
