Steps

  1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast
    Ghostly Flicker
    Ghostly Flicker     by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking
    Archaeomancer
    Archaeomancer     and the mana-producing permanent.
  3. When
    Archaeomancer
    Archaeomancer     enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning
    Ghostly Flicker
    Ghostly Flicker     to your hand from your graveyard.
  4. Repeat.
