Steps

  2. Cast Time Warp by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ardent Elementalist.
  4. When Ardent Elementalist and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
  5. Resolve the Ardent Elementalist trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Warp from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  7. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Warp during your draw step.
  8. Repeat.
