Initial Card State

  1.  Ghostly Flicker in hand.
  2.  Hinata and Zealous Lorecaster on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)   due to Hinata, blinking Zealous Lorecaster and the permanent tapped for mana in step 1.
  3. When Zealous Lorecaster enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Repeat.
