Initial Card State

  1. You control a permanent that enters the battlefield untapped and that can tap to produce at least ({U} magic symbol)  .

Steps

  1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)   due to Hinata, blinking Archaeomancer and the permanent tapped for mana in step 1.
  3. When Archaeomancer enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Repeat.
