Steps

  1. Activate Evereth by sacrificing a creature.
  2. When the creature dies, Embalmed Ascendant and Havoc Jester trigger.
  3. Resolve the Embalmed Ascendant trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
  4. Resolve the Havoc Jester trigger, dealing 1 damage to you.
  5. Darien triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
  6. Resolve the Evereth ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on them.
  7. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you have a way to kill Evereth and one generic manaone black or red mana available, you can do so after putting a significant amount of +1/+1 counters on it to deal damage to each opponent using its second ability.
