Steps

  1. Cast White Lotus Tile by paying its mana cost.
  2. When White Lotus Tile enters, Ultron triggers, causing you to pay two generic mana to create a copy of White Lotus Tile that is a 2/2 Robot Villain creature.
  3. During your next turn, activate the White Lotus Tile token by tapping it, adding one mana of any color for each creature you control that shares a given creature type.
  4. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying two generic mana, untapping the White Lotus Tile token.
  5. Repeat from step 3.
