Steps

  1. Cast Coveted Jewel by paying its mana cost.
  2. When Coveted Jewel enters, it and Ultron trigger.
  3. Resolve the Coveted Jewel trigger, causing you to draw three cards.
  4. Holding priority, activate Coveted Jewel by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
  5. Resolve the Ultron trigger, causing you to pay two generic mana to create a copy of Coveted Jewel that is a 2/2 Robot Villain creature.
  6. When the Coveted Jewel token enters, it triggers, causing you to draw three cards.
  7. During your next turn, activate the Coveted Jewel token by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
  8. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying two generic mana, untapping the Coveted Jewel token.
  9. Repeat from step 7.
