Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Activate

  2. Untap all permanents you control during each opponent's untap step due to

  3. The opponent's permanents do not untap during the untap step due to

  4. On each opponent's turn except the turn before yours in turn order, activate
    Kill Switch

  5. Untap as normal on your untap step.
  6. Repeat.
