Steps

  2. Untap all permanents you control during each opponent's untap step due to Seedborn Muse.
  3. The opponent's permanents do not untap during the untap step due to Kill Switch.
  4. On each opponent's turn except the turn before yours in turn order, activate Kill Switch by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping Kill Switch, tapping all other permanents.
  5. Untap as normal on your untap step.
  6. Repeat.
